Bathrooms

Recently we have completed an unusually large number of bathrooms complete with radiant heated floors and extensive tile work. We have developed an easy system for client/contractor communications and pricing. We look forward to working on your project.

Window Replacements

If your home is over 25 years old, your windows probably need attention. If you have triple track storm and screen units, you know how frustrating they can be. Replacement sash units are an option, but not always the best. Full window replacements provide a maintenance free exterior and recently we have been installing Anderson 400 series tilt wash units. The exterior of these units are vinyl clad with PVC auxillary casings custom fitted to the siding. The interiors and grills are factory painted. We use a thicker stool and a quarter inch wider casing to assure covering existing paint and wallpaper. Once the trim is painted to match the sash the job is completed.
